Going to the Chapel

And they're gonna get married! My bestie Arynda has accepted the proposal of a young (old?) doctor named Josh and they are gonna get hitched. As I slowly mark through the names on my list of single friends, I can't help but think of all the great guys I've met as they have married themselves off. So here's to adding another guy to the list of people I consider friends.
Congrats Arynda and Josh! May God bless you both above and beyond your wildest imagination.

Next, Arynda and Josh came to visit. We went to Fort Sumter...

and to see the Angel Oak.

Then the infamous Doodlebug "surprised" me and came down with mom and dad to see the new house. She requested hibachi shrimp for supper and at her entire meal (except soup) with chopsticks. Then it was off to buy the big 6-year-old her very first bike!

Things That Make Me a Slacker Blogger

1) I don't post for almost a month (or more)
2) I miss important things like Shay's birthday
3) I forget to tell you that my mom and Connie were coming for a visit
4) And now they've left
5) I have a new favorite eating place: Poogan's Porch...brunch rocks!
6) Arynda and her man are coming this weekend. I finally get to meet the mystery guy.
7) My new house is almost completely moved into. Pics and a grand tour coming soon.
8) Not much else. I am praying about where God wants me and beginning to look at other churches to visit. Please be praying for me as I seek His will for where I should worship and serve.
